Fondation CHANEL
In 2017, for a period of three years, the CHANEL Foundation partnered with MuseumWeek to highlight the theme #WomenInCulture. This collaboration aimed to showcase women’s contributions to the arts and promote gender equality within cultural institutions. The initiative encouraged museums worldwide to organize physical activities and digital publications celebrating women’s roles in culture, thereby fostering global conversations on this topic.
Twitter Inc. played a crucial role in the early years of MuseumWeek, helping this cultural initiative transition from concept to reality. From 2014 to 2016, Twitter provided strategic and technical resources essential to maximizing MuseumWeek’s impact on social media. This partnership leveraged the power of hashtags, a core element of MuseumWeek’s structure, to unite a broad community of cultural institutions and users.

Art EXPLORA
Art Explora partnered with MuseumWeek to enhance global cultural engagement through digital platforms. This collaboration aimed to democratize access to art and culture by leveraging social media to connect museums and audiences worldwide. Art Explora's support facilitated the organization of MuseumWeek 2021, aligning with their mission to reduce cultural divides and promote inclusivity in the arts.
